Bird watching experience - approx. 3 hours

Your experience would start early in the morning or before the sunset in the village Virpazar on Lake Skadar, because the view is the clearest for our experience in those parts of the day. You will start strolling down the lake enjoying the breeze and beautiful sights everywhere around you. Already in the begging of your ride, through the narrow canal that will take us to the large part of the Lake, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sound and the view on at least 5 or 6 different species. As soon as you emerge on the large part of the Lake, the number of species to be seen will start to grow. Among 270 different species, you will be able to see are Spoonbill, few different kinds of Heron, Glossy Ibis, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Ferruginous Duck, Red-necked Grebe and many more. What is important to have in mind is that the Lake is a home to the rare Dalmatian Pelican, a shy bird which became the symbol of the Lake and the world's second largest colony of pygmy cormorant, both of which we will hopefully see on our tour. :)

While you are enjoying this amazing experience, you will have a chance to enjoy the a few local drinks and traditional Montenegrin donuts, which our boat captain will serve during the ride. Don’t miss the opportunity to try some local Lake Skadar Wine and Rakija brandy, but be careful, because we don’t want your sight to be blurry. :)
