Take a stroll through the most beautiful and interesting parts of the rising capital of Montenegro and learn abouth its reach history. Enjoy the Ottoman and Roman remains of the town combined with the most important buildings and monuments that are a mix of communist and modern day era. The highlight of your trip will be enjoyable wine and gastro experience in the most impressive wine cellar in Montenegro - Plantaze 13th of Jully.

You will be picked up at your accommodation in Podgorica, and we will start the panoramic tour though the town.
Your tour guide will take on a walking tour through the part of Podgorica that dates from Ottoman period. Also known as Stara Varos, this historical part was mainly destroyed in the 2nd World War, but you there are few remains left, including part of the old walls, the Clock Tower, Osmanagica mosque and Skender Causeva mosque. We will than decline to one of the oldest parts of the town, where still stands the oldest bridge in town dating from Roman period, and reconstructed by Ottomans. The old town Ribnica stood in the place where rivers Moraca and Ribnica collide creating the ideal ambient for settlement. You will have a chance to explore the part of the town visiting monuments dedicated important figures in Montenegrin history, Main Square and buildings from communist period.
We will now go for a short ride to visit one of the most important wine producers in Montenegro – 13 July Plantaze – The most famous Montenegrin wine company, with its vineyard that covers impressive area of 2300 ha in one complex and it’s the biggest of that kind in Europe.
You will visit former military airport hidden in the hill, and today it’s a company vine cellar more than 300 m long. The company guide will take us for the tour through the unique cellar, tell the interesting company story, and give us some introduction for the things that follows.
4 different premium wines will be served with the local snacks that include olives, cheese and other domistic products, all followed with the stories of your sommelier. This way you will feel unique symphony of taste and flavors.
